Three souls, two brothers and a sister in the faith of Jesus, were baptized and accepted as church members today, Thursday, on December 19, 2024, in Sri Lanka, South Asia, Pastor Roland De la Paz, President of the Asian Division at the IMS, confirmed. Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at the IMS, and Pastor Douglas Francis, General Conference President Advisor at the IMS, attended the event as well, Pastor De la Paz added. The daily temperature in Sri Lanka today varied between 24 and 29 degrees Celsius, which was, without doubt, a perfect weather for a Christian baptism.
The baptism of these three souls was a wonderful introduction to the International Christian youth conference, organized by the IMS, which will start, as we already reported, in a week, on December 26, 2024, in Colombo, Sri Lanka’s capital and largest city, and will continue till the last day of this year, December 31, 2024.
