Christian youth conference was held in Lithuania from December 26, 2019 to January 1, 2020, Brother Reijo Jyrkinen from the Finnish Field reported. The motto of the conference was the key verse in Amos 4:12 – “...Prepare to meet your God, O Israel!" 45 baptized church members and 10 interested souls attended the conference, Brother Jyrkinen added.
Republic of Lithuania, bordered by Latvia to the north, Belarus to the east and south, Poland to the south, and Kaliningrad Oblast (a Russian exclave) to the southwest, is situated along the southeastern shore of the Baltic Sea, to the east of Sweden and Denmark. Lithuania whose capital and largest city is Vilnius, has an estimated population of 2.8 million people as of 2019, and its other major cities are Kaunas and Klaipėda.
