One more soul, a sister in the faith of Jesus called Talitha, the daughter of Pastor Pablo Hunger, Leader of the Evangelism Department and President of North American and Caribbean Division at the IMS, was baptized yesterday, on Sabbath, April 26, 2025, in the USA, Pastor Pablo Hunger who performed the baptism, confirmed by publishing a video of the event: https://www.facebook.com/pablo.hunger.1/videos/698799002715062/?rdid=96AuEUBfTN44EmMy.
Before the baptism, Pastor Pablo Hunger read the Lord’s Word in Acts 8:36-37 and asked sister Talitha the same key question from the Holy Scripture: “Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God?” which his daughter who is fifteen-year-old answered with “Yes!”. And indeed, the key condition for being baptized is to “believe with all your heart” that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. The daily temperature in Cedartown, Georgia, USA, reached yesterday 20 degrees Celsius which is, of course, the best weather for a Christian baptism. In addition, sister Talitha Hunger is an at least third generation Christian, because his grandfather, Pastor Gerhard Hunger, is one of the best Christian missionaries at the IMS, which is a confirmation of God’s promised blessing in Deuteronomy 7:9.
