The conference of the American Union at the IMS which  started on December 20, 2023, in the Norman College at Norman Park, Georgia, USA, under the motto “Behold, the Man!” (John 19:5) would end today, on December 24, 2023, the Newsletter of the American Union confirmed. Yesterday, on Sabbath, December 23, 2023, Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at the IMS, preached a sermon under the title “Behold, the Man!”, revealing the deep, wonderful truth of God’s Word that the term ‘man’ in this Bible verse meant in Greek ‘human being’ (anthropos) – the fullness of the human being, the vocation of God for us – to be with God’s nature inside and to render a perfect obedience to our heavenly Father without any sin, and at the same time our Lord, Savior and Substitute and Representative in the heavenly court Jesus Christ as the only chance to achieve this vocation and salvation in the kingdom of God via the Christ’s adoption through the Holy Spirit. A nice video about the blessed event was published by Brother Wikler Moran on Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/wikler.moran/videos/1526104714843800

The Christian worship in which members of the General Conference at the IMS, such as Pastor Delgado Cotrina Yony, First Secretary, Pastor Pablo Hunger, Evangelism Department Leader, Sister Raquel Orce, Publishing Department Leader, and Sister Margie Seely, Education Department Leader, took part as well, was led by Pastor Idel Suárez Jr., Ameriacan Union President. At the end of the sermon God revealed His grace by the inspiring a big group of young persons who, invited by Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, came to the front of the congregation wishing the Christian Pastors to pray for them. Pastor Pablo Hunger prayed for the young people. Children and the American Union Choir praised the noble name of our Lord Jesus Christ with special songs.
