One soul was baptized in Saudi Arabia, West Asia, this month, in July, 2024, Pastor Roland de la Paz, Leader of Asian Division at the IMS who performed the baptism, confirmed yesterday, on July 10, 2024, on Facebook. The daily temperature in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital and largest city, reached yesterday 37 degrees Celsius which is, of course, the perfect weather for a Christian baptism.
Saudi Arabia, officially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), a country in West Asia and the Middle East, comprises the bulk of the Arabian Peninsula and is the fifth largest country in Asia and the largest in the Middle East with its territory of approximately 2150000 km2 (830000 sq mi).
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, founded in 1932 by King Abdulaziz (also known as Ibn Saud), has become, since petroleum was discovered in the country in 1938, the world’s third-largest oil producer and important oil exporter, possessing the world’s second-largest oil reserves and the sixth-largest gas reserves.
