Open Hearts, a non-profit organization for helping Ukraine, organized a new action with humanitarian aid for Ukrainian villages in Donetsk Oblast in the second half of September 2023, such as Netaylovoe and Karlovka, as well as in the village of Pervomaisk, Pastor Gustavo Castellanos, Leader of Colportage Department at the IMS and President of Austrian Field, announced on October 10, 2023, on the Facebook site Reformadventisten Österreich. Four unsalaried helpers under the coordination of elder Arthur Becker fulfilled the noble mission which lasted until September 29, 2023, Pastor Gustavo Castellanos added.
Earlier, on September 14, 2023, the Facebook site Open Hearts reported that the team of Open Hearts visited the villages of Netaylovoe, Pervomaisk and Karlovka which had neither water, nor electricity or gas supply, in order to distribute a total of 180 food parcels, as well as hygiene products and mineral water. The humanitarian aid for the village of Pervomaisk was transported by the car of a local inhabitant, because the front line was too near to Pervomaisk.
