A special musical Christian Sabbath was celebrated last week, from May 4 to May 5, 2024, in the local church at the IMS in Solingen, Germany, well informed sources confirmed. Brethren and friends of the Truth who are gifted musicians from Poland, Ukraine and Bulgaria participated as guests in the event whose venue was at 100, Eiffel Street, 42699 Solingen. Mentioned for the first time historically in 1067, Solingen, a city in the federal province North Rine-Westphalia, Germany, with a 2009 population of 161,366 inhabitants on an area of 89.45 square kilometers (34.54 sq mi), is situated approximately 25 km east of Düsseldorf. Solingen, known as "City of Blades" because of its high quality production of fine swords, knives, scissors and razors, is located southwest of Wuppertal and the Wupper river, a right tributary of the Rhine, flows through the city for 26 kilometers (16 mi).
