A Christian missionary school at IMS will be opened in the beginning of the new year 2024 in Italy, Pastor Silas Teixeira, Secretary of European Division and President of British Field, revealed during the reorganization of Bulgarian Field on Friday, October 6, 2023. A three month English language course would precede the start of the theological education, Pastor Silas Teixeira added.
Earlier, on July 22, 2019, Pastor Franco Caputo and Pastor Jose Vicente Giner announced the opening of the Bethel Missionary School in Tortoreto, Italy, in a video published on YouTube, but the project was postponed.
The opening of a Christian missionary school in Europe is an excellent and very important decision, as of the future of God’s church, because the majority of the today’s church leaders at IMS, such as Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at IMS, Pastor Pablo Hunger, Leader of Evangelism Department at IMS, Pastor Gustavo Castellanos, Leader of Colportage Department at IMS, Pastor Ruben Martinez, Co-Worker at the Ministerial Department at IMS, Pastor Daniel Serban, President of European Division, Pastor Vladimire Marinov, Member of the European Division Committee, and Pastor Adrian Dinut, Vice President of German Union, are former missionary school students.
