A Christian youth conference under the motto “Do not Fear” (Isaiah 41:10) was held in Estonia from December 26, 2023, to January 1, 2024, the Secretarial Department of the General Conference at the IMS confirmed today, on February 26, 2024. Twenty members from the Estonian church and fifty participants from Norway, Finland, Sweden, Ukraine, Moldova, United States and Russia, including Pastor Kang Woon-san, Leader of the Youth Department at the General Conference of IMS, and Pastor Vladimire Marinov, Member of European Division Committee, attended the conference.
The program of the conference contained a total of about ten Christian lectures, outdoor activities, such as mountain walking and snow sledding, as well as a special time to cook dumplings, a traditional Estonian food. According to elder Emanuel Dmitry, Leader of the Estonian Field, this youth conference was very meaningful for both Estonian church members and young people. In addition, this youth conference was the first event which Pastor Kang Woon-san, Leader of the Youth Department at the General Conference of IMS, attended within his mandate as GC youth director.
