A new General Conference Full Board of the International Missionary Society Seventh Day Adventist Church, Reform Movement was elected at World Assembly in the Carlos Kozel Sanatorium in Huaral, Peru, in the last week of July 2023, between July 23 and 29, 2023, by the General Conference Delegates of the church.
The newly elected General Conference Executive Committee was enlarged from 5 to 7 members. This committee includes:

The last mandate of the General Conference Full Board at IMS was very successful by the grace of God and it included establishment of two Christian universities at IMS - Kibaha Berea Adventist Institute in Tanzania, Africa, and another one in Guatemala, Central America, besides the newly inaugurated Carlos Kozel Sanatorium in Huaral, Peru, and significant growth of Christian missionary work worldwide. Yesterday, on August 5, 2023, Pastor Pablo Hunger, Leader of Evangelism Department at IMS, said during the missionary minutes at the Public Conference of World Assembly in Cajamarca, Peru, IMS of Seventh Day Adventist – Reform Movement, was present in 130 countries worldwide.
