After a successful regional Christian conference, eighteen souls, twelve sisters and six brothers in the faith of Jesus, were baptized on October 26, 2025, at the International Missionary Society (IMS) in Huamachuco, a town in northern Peru, South America, and capital of the province Sánchez Carrión in La Libertad Region, Aminiasdimor MNM reported through a video via Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/watch/live?ref=watch_permalink&v=833982512337889. Two Pastors, including Pastor Berardo Alvarado, performed the baptisms.
In his sermon before the baptisms, Pastor Rubén Alva from the church in Montebello, part of the Peruvian Union at the IMS, emphasized that the preparation of the way of the Lord, according to Matthew 3:1-3, meant the preparation of the hearts for the acceptance of Christ. After the baptisms, the souls were accepted in the church.
