Christian seminar for Pastors and Bible workers at the International Missionary Society (IMS) of SDA – Reform movement, will be held from September 12, 2022, till September 18, 2022, in the town of Tortoreto, Italy, well informed sources confirmed. Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at IMS, as well as Pastor Franco Caputo and Pastor Vladimire Marinov, the President and the Secretary of the European Division at IMS respectively, will take part in the event, together with Pastors and Bible workers from all fields and Unions in Europe.
Tortoreto, a coastal town and commune of the province of Teramo in the Abruzzo region of Italy, with its two distinct parts – the old town, located on a hill not far from the Adriatic Sea, and the new part, known as Tortoreto Lido, situated next to SS16, can be reached by direct rail service or by flying to the Pescara airport and then traveling 45 km (28 miles) north. The name of the town is because of the large presence of turtle doves (tortore) during the Middle Ages.
