An appeal for prayer for Sister Irma Suárez, the mother of Pastor Idel Suárez, was made by Brother Wikler Moran on Facebook on Friday, March 18, 2022, when she was entering the surgery room for a brain surgery. Earlier this year, Sister Irma Suárez suffered a stroke and she received first aid successfully after prayers of our brethren around the world.
Pastor Idel Suárez Jr., former General Conference President at IMS, whose mother needs today our prayers, comes from Cuba. Pastor Idel Suárez served as General Conference Secretary as well thirty years ago, when the headquarters of the General Conference at IMS was located in Mosbach, Germany.
The appeal for prayer made by Brother Wikler Moran is just according to Lord’s word in James 5:16 – “Pray one for another, that ye may be healed.” “And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.”. (1 John 5:14-15). This word of God was fulfilled in that case as well, because Brother Wikler Moran announced yesterday that “the surgery of our sister Irma Suárez was successful” and “she will remain in the hospital for her recovery”.
