The program of the first European conference for the family, to be held from March 10 to 13, 2021 under the motto “Ephphatha” (Healed) Family with Jesus”, was revealed on the day before yesterday, on February 19, 2021, via e-mail by Pastor Vladimire Marinov, European Division Secretary. The conference will be opened by Pastor Adalicio Fontes, Leader of the Family Department at the IMS, at 5 pm (GMT) in English on March 10, 2021. The first lecture on the first day of the conference will be presented by Pastor Jose Vicente Giner, Leader of the Youth Department at the IMS, under the title “Parents, Knowing Their Children”. Afterwards, Sister Lisbeth Hunger will give the lecture “Children, Knowing Their Parents”. The first day’s program will end with the speech given by Pastor Hugo Sanchez under the title “Premarital Counseling”.
On Thursday, March 11, 2021, the conference will be dedicated to the communication in the family with two lectures planned – “Communication with Our Children” by Sister Yurena Trujillo, and “Communication with Our Spouse” by Pastor Wesley Gomes.
On the third day of the conference, March 12, 2021, the lecture “Man’s Identity Within His Role” will be given by Pastor Rosas Calderon. The program on Friday will end with the speech “Woman’s Identity Within Her Role” by Sister Fanny Gonsalez. The program in the first three days of the conference will start at 5 pm GMT.
On Sabbath, March 13, 2021, the divine service will be transmitted on 10 am (GMT) with the sermon “Ephphatha” (Healed) Family with Jesus” by Pastor Adalicio Fontes. In the afternoon, a special program will be presented from 2 to 4:30 pm (GMT), including summary, questions and answers, songs and testimonies.
The conference will be transmitted at 6 pm (GMT+1) in Western Europe in Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, Hungarian, and in Eastern Europe at 7 pm (GMT+2) in Bulgarian, Romanian and Russian on the relevant Facebook sites of the church fields.
