In addition, Sister Raquel Orce underlined the development of God’s plan, including the three Persian decrees, about the restoring God’s temple in Jerusalem and the perfect action of the Lord using the human rulers in the earthly history as instruments for completing His purpose revealed in the testimonies of the Spirit of Prophecy.
