Ten meters high waves, provoked by the stormy Pacific Ocean, hit California, USA, including the beaches on the West Coast and Hawaii, and caused localized flooding, the web site https://fortune.com/ announced on December 28, 2023. The event seemed to be like a merciful foretelling of the Christ’s second coming’s sign described in Luke 21:25, second part: “...and on the earth anxiety of nations, in perplexity for the roaring of the sea and the waves”. The cataclysm was confirmed by the German TV https://ard.de and the web site https://www.nachrichten.at as well.
In addition, such events are for sure permitted by God, because Christ our Lord explained through a question in Job 38:8-11 that He established a protection for us against the sea: “Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it broke out of the womb, when I made clouds its garment, and wrapped it in thick darkness, marked out for it my bound, set bars and doors, and said, ‘You may come here, but no further. Your proud waves shall be stopped here’?” At the same time, this wise question asked by God the Lord is the most beautiful and noblest poetry on this world.
