The second virtual Christian symposium in English under the motto “Prepare to Meet the Lord” will start tomorrow, October 4, 2020, in the headquarters of IMS in Cedartown, Georgia, USA, Pastor Douglas Francis, General Conference Secretary at IMS, reported by publishing the program of the symposium on his Facebook profile. Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, President of the General Conference at IMS, will open the symposium at 6:30 a.m.
Pastor Danilo Monterroso and Pastor Francesco Caputo, Presidents of Latin American Division and the European Division respectively, shall present their messages at 7:20 and 7:40 a. m. The first day of the symposium will include three lectures – “Conversion” by Pastor Roland De La Paz, “Growing in Christ” by Pastor Alfred Ngwenya and “Christ, Our Righteousness”, Part I and II, by Pastor Tzvetan Petkov.
The second day of the symposium, October 5, 2020, will direct audience’ attention to important subjects like “Sanctification of Character”, a lecture presented by Idel Suarez Jr., “Pioneer Experiences” given by Pastor Anton Salavyov, “Education and Sanctification”, a speech given by Sister Margie Seely, and “Health Message as the Right Arm of the Three Angels’ Message”, to be given by Pastor Morris Lowe.
The third day of the symposium, October 6, 2020, will reveal three more steps of preparation to meet the Lord – “Preparation of the Family to Meet the Lord”, a lecture of Sister Raquel Orce, “Preparation of the Youth to Meet the Lord”, a speech to be given by Douglas Francis, and “Scattering Seeds”, a lecture by Pastor Joel Barnedo.
The fourth day of the symposium, October 7, 2020, will add to the program the three essential Christian experiences – “Preparing Others”, a speech to be given by Pastor Pablo Hunger, “Prepare to Receive Rain”, a lecture by Pastor Anton Salavyov, and “The Sealing”, a speech by Pastor Parmenas Shirima.
The last day of the symposium will include lectures on the three closing events of God’s plan of salvation – “Baptism by Fire” by Pastor Antonino Di Franca, “The Perseverance and Patience of the Saints” by Pastor Gustavo Castellanos and “Victory” by Pastor Neptali Acevedo. The series of lectures “Pioneer Experiences” will be continued by Pastor Raul Escobar and Pastor Masahiko Matsumoto. Pastor Douglas Francis will be the master of ceremonies for the event.
