Profound Analysis on the Ceremonial Hebrew Feasts Presented by the GC President of the IMS

A profound Christian analysis on the ceremonial Hebrew feasts was presented in Spanish and published via YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2V4CW2G8cU) yesterday, on October 7, 2025, by Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at the IMS, as part of the traditional Q&A sessions of the IMS. Pastor Humberto Avellaneda, General Conference Vice President at the IMS, was the moderator of the event.
Pastor Tzvetan Petkov underlined that the seven ceremonial Hebrew feasts (Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, Pentecost, Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and Tabernacles) had a literal, a spiritual and a prophetic meaning and should not be celebrated today, because they, as part of the ceremonial law in the Bible, were fulfilled in Christ. In addition, Pastor Tzvetan Petkov explained the deep spiritual meaning of each feast and the fact that the full spiritual fulfillment of some feasts, such as Day of Atonement, and Tabernacles, shall be celebrated in the kingdom of God. Furthermore, Pastor Tzvetan Petkov emphasized the biblical truth that we are living today in the spiritual development of the Day of Atonement and we should humble our souls and remove the sin from our body tents (2 Peter 1:13), in order to be prepared for the soon second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
