A mini evangelism activity was held in the city of Serekunda, Gambia, West Africa, from February 24 to 26, 2023 with a positive result, Brother Njoku Uzoma Samuel, Bible worker in Gambia and organizer of the event, confirmed. On the first day of the evangelism program, there were 18 interested souls, both young people and adults, while on the second day 13 more and on the third day further 12, Brother Njoku Uzoma Samuel added.
Furthermore, the interested souls were ready to receive bible study, and they asked many questions on subjects regarding Christian traditions, such as the baptism of babies, Ash Wednesday, the 40 days of fasting and prayers, meat-eating and marriage matters.
Serekunda, located in West Gambia’s region Banjul, 7 km west of the situated at the Gambia River Delta country’s capital city Banjul, is with its population of 348118 citizens, as of the 2007 census, the most populated city in Gambia.
