A Christian winter youth conference, organized by the Swedish Field at the IMS under the motto “Speak, Lord, Your servant is listening to You” according to 1 Samuel 3:10, started in a mountain area, in about 1.5 hours by car from Lillehammer, Norway, on December 25, 2025, and will continue till January 1, 2026, Pastor Vladimire Marinov, European Division Committee Member at the IMS, confirmed. Church members and friends of the truth from Sweden, Finland, Germany, Estonia, Romania, Ukraine and Bulgaria took part in the event. Pastor Oleksander Zalozniy from Ukraine, elder Emanuel Dimitrov from Estonia and Gerhard Koebele from the German Union at the IMS participated in the conference as speakers as well.
On Sunday, December 28, 2025, the program of the Christian youth conference included an excursion to Lillehammer, Norway, the town which hosted the 1994 Winter Olympics. In addition, the agenda of the conference comprises walks in the forest, winter games, singing Christian songs and lectures on different subjects, such as health, God’s silence, listening to the Lord’s voice, consequences of ignoring God’s voice and the skill of distinguishing God’s voice from other voices.
