Bethel International Missionary School is planned to be opened in November in Tortoreto, Italy, as a project of the European Division that will be supported by the General Conference at the IMS of SDA – Reform movement, Pastor Franco Caputo, President of European Division, and Jose Vicente Giner, Youth leader at the IMS, reported on July 22, 2019, in a video published in Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DjfQfpeiZUw&feature=share
The students should be church members at the age of 18, with good reputation and missionary experience, as well as with good recommendation of the local Field committee. Spanish is the official language of this project. The school subjects include introduction to both Old and New Testament, Biblical Christian ethics and evangelization, history of religions, psychology of accompaniment, Biblical Christian naturopathy, rhetoric, Biblical archaeology etc., taught by permanent teachers, such as Pastors Antonino Di Franca, Adalicio Fontes, Daniel Garcia, Franco Caputo, Jose Vicente Giner and Consacrated Elder Stefano La Corte, and part-time teachers as Pastors Tzvetan Petkov, Humberto Avellaneda, Douglas Francis, Idel Suarez, as well as some lecturers from the German Union.
