A Christian seminar of the European leaders at the IMS will be held from July 20 to July 27, 2025, in the town of Tortoreto, Italy, Pastor Dimitar Vlachkov, Bulgarian Field President at the IMS, confirmed yesterday, on June 15, 2025. Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at the IMS, Pastor Daniel Serban, European Division President at the IMS, and Pastor Franco Caputo, Treasurer of the European Division at the IMS, shall also take part in the event.
Tortoreto, the home of the Italian Field headquarters at the IMS, as well as a coastal town and commune of the province of Teramo in the Abruzzo region of Italy, with its two distinct parts – the old town, located on a hill not far from the Adriatic Sea, and the new part, known as Tortoreto Lido, situated next to SS16, can be reached by direct rail service or by flying to the Pescara airport and then traveling 45 km (28 miles) north. The name of the town is because of the large presence of turtle doves (tortore) during the Middle Ages.
