A Christian symposium of the General Conference and the North American Caribbean Division at the IMS on leadership under the motto in Luke 22:26-27 was held at the Norman College in Norman Park, USA, from March 12 to 19, 2024, the Secretary Department at the IMS confirmed yesterday. The symposium comprised different workshops presented by officers of the General Conference.

On March 13, 2024, between 9 and 11 am Pastor Tzvetan Petkov, General Conference President at the IMS, held two workshops: “Understanding Christian Identity” and “Identity Crisis”, while in the afternoon, between 4 and 6 pm, Pastor Yony Delgado, General Conference Secretary at the IMS, gave two workshops - “Planning and Strategy in Leadership” and “Team Building”. On March 14, 2024, at 9 am, Sister Elizabeth Cabrera, General Conference Treasurer at the IMS, held the workshop “Finances and Leadership”, and at 10 am  Pastor Tzvetan Petkov presented the workshop “Using Media and Technology in Leadership”. At 11:30 am, Pastor Douglas Francis gave the workshop “Revival, Motivation, and Inspiration”, while at 4 and 5 pm Sister Raquel Orce and Pastor Idel Suarez, Jr. conducted their workshops “The Influence of Cultures, Languages, and Traditions” and “Health Problems and Necessities as a Missionary Opportunity” respectively. On March 15, 2024, at 9 am, Pastor Douglas Francis gave the workshop “Missionary Logistics”, and Pastor Pablo Hunger held two workshops - “Contemporary Methods for Missionary Work” and “Evaluation and Advancement”. On March 17, 2024, exercises were held regarding the workshops presented.
